Create New Catalog/Inset form is used to create new catalogs or package inserts. You may choose the type of catalog/insert being created by selecting it from Catalog Type select box.

Definitions of controls on the form:

Club (select box) Usually is set to default. If your company has different divisions then you may treat Club as your company's subdivision.

Catalog Type (select box) Select here the type of catalog being created out of a couple of templates we have on file. A custom template can easily be created by the administrator.

Catalog ID (text box) Type here the identification of the catalog. Note; prior to creating a catalog a user must define it in the Catalog Schedule.

Test ID (text box) Any catalog supports different tests. A test id is a required field and by default you may enter 0000.

Insert Name (text box) Please type in the name of the insert here. Note; each insert name must be unique.

Pages (text box) Determines the number of pages in the catalog. Use the arrows to increase or decrease the number of pages appearing in a catalog.

Catalog/Insert Grid Displays the page header layout of the catalog. You may edit the header of each page here; either by typing in a new one or selecting one of the existing ones from a list box.
