Catalog Schedule Maintenance form is used to schedule
different catalog events. Before a catalog is defined, a schedule must be created first. This schedule is
used in the future to report on catalog performance and to forecast future catalog sales. All form fields
listed in red indicate required fields.
Definitions of controls on the form:
Club ID (select box) Displays the club that the schedule item belongs to.
Catalog ID (text box) Is the exact catalog name that will be used throughout the system.
Map Copy Creative (text box) The date that the catalog map has been sent to creative department.
AA Address Start Date (text box) Advance announcement date is required for reporting purposes.
AA Address Complete text (list box) Advance announcement address complete date.
Reply Date (text box) The date that indicates the first replies received from the mailing.
Fst Draft Creative (text box) The date as indicated by creative department of the first draft of the catalog.
Catalog Release Date (text box) Catalog release date.
Label Run Ship Date (text box) Label run ship date.
Description (text box) Brief description of the catalog for easy readability.
Clear (button) Clears all form controls on the screen.
Save (button) Save new or edited schedule items.
Schedule (grid) Displays the current catalog schedule. By clicking an item within the grid a user may modify that schedule item. A user may unlock additional grid functions by right clicking on the grid.
